Time is running out for the Town of Bancroft to find a space for the warming centre for next year.
The deadline to find a Warm Room is June 30th.
That’s when Hastings County must have the town’s submission on a proposed space.
This year the warming centre was opened at the old town offices on Flint Avenue and at the North Hastings Community Centre.

Those locations are no longer available.
The town says it has had discussions for other potential sites but those have not panned out.
Anyone who has space available is asked to call the program’s General Manager to discuss.
