After 27 years of working with Hastings County, their Director of Long-Term Care is bowing out.
Director Debbie Rollins has announced that she will retire in October 2022. Rollins has overseen operations for both Hastings Manor in Belleville and Hastings Centennial Manor here in Bancroft. County Warden Rick Phillips says through unprecedented challenges, Rollins has been committed to the safety and health of residents.
Rollins will be replaced by Erin Chapman, who is currently Director of Nursing at Hastings Manor. Long Term Care Committee Chair and Bancroft Mayor Paul Jenkins says Chapman shares the same commitment as the County of providing a safe, secure and welcoming home for residents.
