A weekend power outage left roughly 6,000 customers around Bancroft and Barry’s Bay in the dark.
Hydro One says a tree fell on a power line, causing outages to areas around its local operations centre including in: Bancroft, the Madawaska Valley, Brudenell, Lyndoch and Raglan. The power outage happened around 6 p.m. Friday and it was off for about three hours.
