An eight-year-old-boy has died and a 45 year old is facing charges after an ATV collision in Centre Hastings on the weekend.
OPP were called to the single-vehicle collision at a property on Highway 62, just after 5:30 p.m. Saturday.
The child was taken to hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
The 45 year old who was driving the ATV was charged with impaired driving and dangerous driving causing death.
The names were not released.
Central Hastings OPP is still investigating the incident.
