A Bancroft man is facing dozens of charges, including sexual assault and child pornography charges.
Twenty-eight-year-old Samuel Robbins was issued a total of 30 charges by the OPP’s Sexual Exploitation Unit. The charges were laid on November 3, but he was already in custody following his initial arrest back in August.
The list includes seven counts of sexual assault, three counts of making child pornography, and one count of distributing child porn, among many other charges.
With the news, police are reminding parents to take proactive steps to protect their children from online sexual exploitation by speaking with them about Internet safety. They can find tips at cybertip.ca.
