The Municipality of Highlands East is hiring a new Chief Administrative Officer and Treasurer.
It says the chosen applicant should have leadership experience along with creativity and strong communication and negotiation skills. This person will have to work with both staff and council while representing the communities in the municipality such as: Cardiff, Gooderham, Highland Grove, Tory Hill and Wilberforce.
