A Peterborough man is due in Belleville court later this month following an OPP marine patrol recently.
The Centre Hastings OPP says it was patrolling Crowe River and Crowe Lake in Marmora when it checked a vessel for safety equipment.
It says the five riders had open liquor on-board and that a 52-year old man was arrested and charged with care and control of a vessel – over 80 milligrams. His licence was also suspended for 90 days.
