Wheels Water Wings – Soap Box Derby Results

As part of Bancroft’s Wheels, Water & Wings event, the first annual Knights of Columbus Soap Box Derby took place on Saturday. Thirty kids between the ages of 9 & 14 took part in the races down Flint Avenue. Local businesses sponsored the carts and it was free for the kids to participate. Taking first place was 12 year old Victoria McDowell, driving cart number 1, sponsored by North Hastings Family Pharmacy. All drivers were given a Gift Card from McDonalds for their efforts.
