If you love snowshoeing and heading out to fun family events, circle Saturday, March 4 in your calendar.
It’s the date of an event, put on by Hastings Trails, known as the Hastings Snowshoe Hustle.
The event takes place at Cedar Ridge Camp in McArthurs Mills from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
It will include Snowshoe Canada sanctioned races of 4.5 and 8 kilometres. But there’s also a 1-kilometre family fun run that can be done with or without snowshoes.
