A labour dispute that threatens school bussing services could be resolved this week.
The union that represents school transportations planners says a tentative agreement has been reached between the employees and their employer, Tri-Board Student Transportation Services.
The employees are with CUPE Local 1479; they’ll have a ratification vote early this week.
They were in a legal strike or lockout position as of Sunday.
The Tri-Board manages bussing services for a vast region of Eastern Ontario, including North Hastings.
