Bancroft OPP arrest three men in separate incidents  

A Faraday Township man is facing a criminal charge, after Bancroft OPP responded to a report of a male throwing rocks at traffic. 

Police were called to Hwy. 28 in Faraday at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 13.  

After an investigation, police arrested the man, aged 38, with mischief. He was released and given a court date in Bancroft on Sept. 26. 

Also, a Bancroft man is facing charges, after OPP was called to a break and enter at a business in the town, just after midnight on Sunday.

Police say, after an investigation, the man, aged 33, was charged with mischief, possession of break in tools and possession of meth. The location of the business was not named.  

The man was released and given a court date in Bancroft in August.  

Bancroft OPP also made an arrest on Saturday, July 15.  

Police were called to a Faraday Township home at about 5 p.m. After an investigation, a 34-year-old man was charged with assault, mischief and failing to comply with a probation order.  

He was held in custody and his case is now before courts in Belleville.
