An exhibit at the Art Gallery of Bancroft this month may connect with audiences or elicit a response.
The show, featuring the works of Bruce Cull, is called Connection and Response.
The opening reception takes place on Thursday, Aug. 3 at 7:30 p.m.
Cull, from Northern Ontario, has been a professional artist for more than 50 years. The Gallery says the exhibit is meant to remind people that they are “participants in, and intimately connected to the physical world we inhabit.”
It also expresses Cull’s fear of “lost connection with each other, with our environment and a hope that we will rediscover old, new and better forms of connection.”
The show will be on display at the 10 Flint Ave. Gallery until September 2.
