Winters on its way and Bancroft & Area Kids in Need is ready.
Each year the charity provides dozens of snowsuits to families who need support to keep their little ones warm.
This year’s registration takes place over the weekend of Sept. 22 to 24 at Bancroft Bible Chapel.
There, families can register to receive a snowsuit for a child in the family who’s between ages six months and 13 years old.

Families can drop by between 3 and 6 p.m. on Sept. 22, 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. on Sept. 23 and 1 to 4 p.m. on Sept. 24.
The charity is off to a great start this fall, its leaders say. A recent fundraising barbecue at No Frills raised $1,700 to help purchase snowsuits.
