Bancroft’s OPP detachment is investigating the death of 34-year-old women, found on Wednesday.
Police say they were called to a home on Highway 62 at about 4:30 p.m. The specific address was not released.
A woman was found with no vital signs. She was taken to hospital by ambulance but was pronounced dead shortly after.
The Bancroft OPP Crime Unit, the Forensic Identification Services Unit and the Office of the Chief Coroner for Ontario are all investigating the death.

OPP says a postmortem exam will be conducted to determine the cause of death.
