An updated report from Hydro One says it could be noon today before those around Bancroft have their power restored. A power outage is affecting 1,321 Hydro One customers in parts of Bancroft, Hershel, Monteagle, Dungannon & Faraday. A hydro pole fire and a tree on the line are being blamed for the outage.
