The Central Hastings Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is investigating after one person was found dead, following an off-road vehicle incident.
First responders were called to a trail, north of Cleveland Road in Tudor and Cashel Township.
OPP say a side-by-side off-road vehicle had left the trail and had rolled over into deep water.
OPP officers and Madoc Township Firefighters were able to free the man from the vehicle and Hastings-Quinte Paramedics were at the scene.
A 65-year-old man from Prince Edward County, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
