At this Wednesday mornings council meeting in Maynooth the third reading of the draft operating budget will be presented in a staff report and voted on by council.
The latest reading offers two options for council to vote on: a 7.74 percent tax levy increase or a 6.94 tax levy increase.
This would bring the tax levy down from the 8.95 percent increase proposed in the draft budget second reading.
The council meeting takes place at 9am Wednesday April 17th at at the Hastings Highlands Center in Maynooth.
