The Shamrock Club 3 Day Open Snooker Tournament is happening this weekend from May 3 to 5 at the Dungannon Recreation Centre in L’Amable.
Play starts at 6 p.m. on Friday night and goes until 10 p.m. Play resumes at 8 a.m. on Saturday morning until 5 p.m. The final run Sunday morning from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
There are 28 players registered for the event and more than 80 people expected for the Saturday night dinner.
According to organizer Michael Brooks, a lot of spectators show up to watch the games.
The goal is to raise more than $1,500 for Hospice North Hastings.
