The North Hastings Music Festival is happening from Monday until Friday.
Since 1958, the festival has offered amateur musicians the chance to perform and have a musical workshop with a professional adjudicator.
The festival takes place at area churches such as the Bancroft Bible Chapel and Pentecostal Church with performances starting at 9 a.m. and going into the evening. There will also be some performances at North Hastings High School.
Some of the categories are wind instruments, mic’d guitar and vocals, fretless strings, piano and school choirs.
The week will also feature free lunchtime performances by local musicians.
