With the March Break coming up, a BMO survey released today shows that almost half of all Canadians (42%) are unlikely to travel this spring. The recent drop in the value of the Canadian dollar has been cited as a major concern. The study also found that 44 per cent are worried about the need for medical travel insurance. Bad weather and the possibility of losing something of value were among the top concerns. Of the Canadians who do plan to travel, 61 per cent will travel within Canada.
