Festivals and Events Ontario has released its list of the Top 100 Festivals in the province and Bancroft has made the list again. The Rockhound Gemboree has returned as one of the Top 100 Festivals in the province for 2014. The Gemboree, which celebrates the mineral wealth and mining history of our area runs each year over the August Long weekend, is into its 51st year. Also making the list again this year is the Havelock Country Jamboree, which will be celebrating its 25th Anniversary this year and the Tweed Tribute to Elvis Festival.
