Two Selwyn Township residents have been charged after being stopped by police. On Tuesday afternoon, Bancroft OPP stopped a car on Highway 62 in Hastings Highlands and subsequently laid charges. A 27 year-old Selwyn Township man was arrested and charged with four counts of driving while disqualified, two counts of failing to comply with a probation order, obstructing a police officer and operating a motor vehicle without insurance. Also arrested was a 19 year-old Selwyn Township woman, who was charged with obstructing a peace officer
