Ottawa OPP stopped an Amazon driver on Highway 7, after the vehicle was observed travelling well below the speed limit and with its 4-way flashers on.
OPP say that investigation revealed the vehicles brakes had stopped working, and the driver had planned to drive from Perth to Ottawa.
OPP say the the driver was ‘charged accordingly’, and the vehicle towed to a mechanics shop.
