Conservative incumbent Ric Bresee has won his seat in our riding of Hastings Lennox and Addington.
As of 10:30, following Bresee is Liberal Lynne Rigby in the second spot and NDP Jessica Zielke in third.
MooseFM caught up with Bresee shortly after the win was called. He says he’s looking forward to advocating for his constituents.
“We got a lot of communication with a lot of people. All the way across the region, in every corner, we gathered a lot of information and a lot of feedback from the people. And I will look forward to bringing those voices to Queens Park and making sure that that we are well heard and represented here in Hastings Lennox and Addington.”
This will be Ric Bresee’s second term as MPP in our riding.
