Nominations for the Bancroft Business Improvement Area (BIA) board of management are underway.
This comes after the board resigned in late 2024.
There are 11 vacancies.
According to the town, BIA boards are established to oversee the ‘improvement, beautification and maintenance of municipally owned land and buildings and to promote the area as a business or shopping destination.
Nomination forms are available from the clerk’s office, at 8 Hastings Heritage Way in Bancroft, or online.
Interested parties must complete a nomination form with the clerk’s office.
Nominations will be accepted by the clerk until March 11.
