OPP seek public help locating a man from Prince Edward County, who went missing over 5 years ago.
John Fowler, who would now be 38-years-old, was from Picton but also known to spend time in Napanee, Kingston and Denbigh.
OPP investigators say they are ‘confident someone has a crucial piece of information that will resolve this case.’
A $50,000 reward is now being offered for information that leads to an arrest and conviction of those responsible for Fowler’s disappearance.
According to OPP, Fowler also goes by the names Joshua MacDonald, “Johnny Boy” or sometimes a combination of those names.
He also uses the name Daniel or the last name Shewan.
Fowler is described as 6’2″ with a slim or average build, brown hair that has been buzz cut or a shaved head. He has hazel eyes and multiple tattoos on his arms and chest.
The OPP Criminal Investigation Branch is now overseeing the investigation by the Prince Edward County OPP Crime Unit, saying that foul play cannot be ruled out in Fowlers disappearance.
A video has been posted on the OPP East Region social media platforms.
