The best places to live in Canada have been revealed. The study was released by Money sense dot CA and takes into consideration factors like crime, weather and unemployment rate. St. Albert came in number one with two other Alberta towns rounding out the top three places. Cities in our area were rated as follows: Ottawa was #4, Kingston at #11, Toronto #32, Peterborough #91, Pembroke #116, Oshawa was #130 and Belleville was rated at #132.
