Two people are facing charges after Peterborough County OPP raided a motel on highway 7 on Saturday evening. Police say a 21 year-old Hiawatha First Nation woman and an 18 year-old Peterborough man was arrested. The suspects have been charged with: Possession of a Controlled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking, Possession of a loaded Restricted Firearm and Unauthorized possession of a Restricted Firearm. They have a Bail Hearing today in Peterborough Provincial Courts.
