Bancroft OPP have charged a driver with impaired operation after locating a vehicle roll over.
Just after 10:30 p.m. last night officers attended the scene of the collision near Elephant Lake Road in Highlands East.
Officers located the driver, uninjured, and conducted a roadside screening test. As a result, the driver was transported to the detachment for further testing.
One person is charged with impaired driving, along with a 90-day license suspension and seven-day vehicle impoundment.
The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in court in May.
