Home sales jumped year-over-year in Hastings County in June, along with the average selling price, according to information provided by the Central Lakes Association of Realtors.
Housing reports from CLAR indicate there were 217 home sales last month in the county, up from 168 during the same time period in 2025.
The average price jumped from $534,807 to $580,000.
So far this year, 1,057 homes have sold in Hastings County at an average price of $552,565, up from 985 at this point last year, when the average home sale was $555,461.
Six homes sold in Bancroft last month, down two from the same month last year, with 23 homes sales to date this year, with an average selling price of $520,174, down from 31 in that time period in 2024 ($518,077).
