RIDE program snags impaired driver in Hastings Highlands

A Toronto resident faces an operation while impaired by drugs charge after stopping at a RIDE program in Hastings Highlands Tuesday night.

Bancroft OPP said the driver entered the RIDE program at 11 p.m. on South Baptiste Lake Road. A seven day vehicle impoundment and 90-day license suspension have been implemented.

The charge will be addressed at Ontario Court of Justice in September.
