A 40 year-old man of no fixed address is facing charges after police were called to a home about an intoxicated man. Haliburton OPP was called to the Muskoka All Seasons Resort in the Township of Algonquin Highlands Friday evening where they found an intoxicated man inside a home. The accused was under condition to not be at that address and was arrested charged with two Counts of Failing to Comply with Probation Order, Failing to Comply with an Undertaking and Breach of Recognizance. He had a bail hearing in Lindsay yesterday.
