Mayor, deputy mayor acclaimed in Faraday Township

John O’Donnell and Michael Brooks were acclaimed as mayor and deputy mayor, respectively, after the municipal election in the Township of Faraday.

David Tenthorey, Amanda Stone and David Switzer were elected as councillors for the Hastings County community.

According to the Association of Municipalities of Ontario, 758 out of a possible 2,801 eligible voters cast a ballot, or 27 per cent.
