North Hastings hikers have helped raised awareness for the services offered by our local hospice.
The annual Hike for Hospice and Chili Fest happened on Saturday. Hikers gathered at the Village Playhouse Theatre before starting their hike through town.
Team Charm raised $1,000 in honour of Gale Anderson, who passed away at Hospice North Hastings last year. The team was also the draw winner of a cottage rental for one week in Prince Edward Island.
