The North Hastings Hospital is staying open, but staff changes are coming.
Quinte Health Care Senior Director of Communications Susan Rowe tells Moose FM that there will be some staffing changes at the hospital in Bancroft, but that services won’t be cut. This includes the 24 hour emergency room and inpatient beds.
This comes after QHC announced proposed changes across its four hospitals Monday due to an $11.5 million deficit for the 2016/2017 fiscal year.
