A council meeting was held today in Hastings Highlands, which reached a new agreement to recover fuel taxes from Power Take Off program.
The community hopes to create between three thousand and eight thousand dollars in revenue as result.
Hasting Highlands C-A-O Pat Pilgrim says that the plan could benefit the community and private businesses.
Work vehicles, like salting and sanding trucks and snowplows, registered under PTO program are the ones effected.
