A one hundred thousand dollar donation was made by the North Hasting District Hospital Auxiliary to the local hospital at the group’s 30th anniversary dinner last Wednesday.
President Debbie Speck says the money was raised to buy a new portable X-Ray, a portable Ultrasound, and a Blood Analyzer during the Here’s Looking AT You campaign.
She went on to say the money was raised well ahead of schedule.
The group determines what the items the hospital needs on a year-to-year basis.
