Environment Canada’s special weather statement continues today. We are still expecting rain; however a major focus today is on strong winds.
The statement says that is some areas wind may be strong enough to cause tree damage and power outages. It went on to say that by tomorrow the weather should clear up as the storm heads towards Northern Quebec.
