In the spirit of Halloween, the OPP has released safety tips for kids.
Constable Brian Goodwin says it’s important to be able to see and be seen.
He also says children 10 and under should not go trick-or-treating alone.
He went on to say the amount of kids on the street could increase the risk of accidents. He asks people to drive slowly and cautiously.
