Peterborough County OPP was called to a George Street residence in the Village of Buckhorn on Saturday evening on a domestic complaint. Police determined that a 28 year-old man and a 24 year-old woman living at the home had become involved in an argument; the man then assaulted the woman, and then left the house. OPP charged the man with Domestic Assault. The identities of the parties involved are being withheld due to the nature of the offence.
