A number of roads have been closed in our area due the rising water levels. In Bancroft, Bronson and Landon roads are closed at some sections and in Hastings Highlands Township, Mountney Road is closed because of high water at the Bentley Creek culvert. The appropriate authorities have been notified about these closures and municipal staff is monitoring the situation. The roads will remain closed until further notice.
