The Flood Warning for our area has been downgraded. The Ministry of Natural Resources (Bancroft District) has issued an Outlook statement, which is a notice of the possibility for flooding, based on weather forecasts, snow melt, high winds and/or other conditions. The MNR is monitoring the weather and other conditions and will make any other updates as needed. This outlook statement is expected to end on Thursday evening at five. Meantime, you are advised to keep a close watch on conditions and stay away from fast-moving rivers and streams.
