Premier Wynne in Foxboro to see Flooding

Ontario’s Premier Kathleen Wynne was in Foxboro today, along with Belleville Mayor Neil Ellis, to see for herself the flood damaged area. Mayor Ellis has said that the damage to homes and to roads in Foxboro will be the millions of dollars and he is hoping for financial help from the province. The premier commented on the flooding situation saying her heart goes out to all of the communities and families affected. She said the province will work with affected municipalities as quickly as possible to determine appropriate financial support. Premier Wynne thanked all of the first responders, public servants and everyone else who jumped into action to assist those in need.
