A Trent Lakes man has been charged after Haliburton OPP stopped a driver along Highway 35 in Minden. Police received a complaint about an erratic driver and were able to locate and stop the suspect vehicle on County Road 121. The driver failed a roadside test and was arrested. Charged with Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle and Having Open Liquor in his vehicle is 57 year-old John Roitz. He is scheduled to appear in Minden court in June.
