The public is being asked for help by the OPP’s Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement Squad to find a federal offender.
Reginald Bull is wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant for a breach of parole, and is currently serving a life sentence for second degree murder and assault with a weapon.
Bull is known to frequent Peterborough, Belleville, and Toronto. He is described as 62-years-old, 5’8” tall, weighing about 150 pounds, with a tattoo of two roses on his left arm.
Anyone with information is being asked to call the ROPE squad or Crime Stoppers.
