Canada, France and Switzerland Still Vulnerable to Heartbleed Bug

One month after the public announcement of the Heartbleed computer attack, more than 40,000 Canadian systems, some operated by large enterprises, remain exploitable. That is the conclusion of research performed by Logicnet across 200 million Internet systems covering Canada, Switzerland and France.  As of May 5th, 1.17% of exposed systems in Canada are exploitable, compared with 1.43% in Switzerland and 4.75% in France. Eric Parent, President of EVA-Technologies, says in his opinion too many risks remain. The Logicnet research team will perform tests monthly to follow the progress as time moves forward.
