A 20-year-old Madawaska Valley Township man was seriously injured after he allegedly lost control of his ATV and wound up in a ditch. Dustin Etmanskie was air-lifted to Ottawa late Saturday afternoon with life threatening injuries. We’ve heard no update on his present condition. The accident occurred on Opeongo Line at about 5:30 Saturday afternoon while he was riding a 3-wheeler.
