Renfrew OPP is reporting the theft of a back hoe from a construction site on Pinnacle Road in Horton Township. The backhoe was noticed missing last Thursday at 8:00 a.m. and workers left the area to search for it. When they came back at 8:30 a.m. the backhoe had been returned. Police continue to investigate.
