Police are offering tips in case you find yourself stuck in a ditch this winter.
Killaloe OPP Constable Catherine Yarmel says if you’re heading out in a snow storm, you should always know where you are.
Yarmel also says your first option should be to try and contact a tow truck instead of leaving your vehicle to brave a storm.
Police also recommend using snow tires on your vehicle to improve traction in snowy and icy conditions.
