North Hastings High School has some tips for students heading into exams.
This comes as exams at the high school start tomorrow, and run until next Tuesday. They were originally supposed to start today, but were postponed after buses were cancelled twice this week.
Student Success Lead Teacher Duane Wiltshire says there are steps students should take leading up to their exams. He says they should start by setting up a schedule for studying.
Wiltshire also recommends carefully going over class notes and studying actively.
Wiltshire says students should also try to think of questions their teachers might ask.
Wiltshire says it’s also a good idea to sleep well the night before the exam, eat a healthy breakfast, and get to school early to get rid of any jitters you might have.
